SAP CIN : HOW TO MAINTAIN POSTAL ADDRESS IN SAP CIN ?

STEP 1: Following is the path For to Maintain the PLANT SETTING

IMG > LOGISTIC GENERAL > TAX ON GOODS MOVEMENT > INDIA > BASIC SETTINGS > MAINTAIN POSTAL ADDRESS

STEP 2: Click on execute button to Maintain the POSTAL ADDRESS

STEP 3: Then Click on New Entry ( Following type Window will Open)

STEP 4: Update the Following Data

Address : Here you can maintaining max. 3 digit numeric value as of your choice . I have maintained 111. This is used to output the respective address on the respective documents.
Address Description : Enter the description of the address which you are going to maintain. Here i have maintained as " CUSTOM ADDRESS", means i am going to maintain the address of the Custom Department to whom i am going to send different documents e.g ARE-1 form , then press enter

STEP 5 : Click on Save Button to store Configured data
